Our darling honey and walnut cake is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury. It has six beautiful layers separated by a blend of vanilla and walnut chantilly cream. Our German wildflower honey has an aroma like no other. Heat is applied to the honey in order to create a roasted flavour that truly elevates and enhances the balance of sweetness in this cake. Our super smooth vanilla-sour cream mixture is gently folded in. The tanginess of sour cream adds extra richness to the cake and prevents it's layers from drying out. Our creamy and crunchy walnuts adds further texture making it extremely satisfying to eat. This beautiful cake lasts for 6-7 days in the fridge.
