Semolina, Pistachio & Rose cake
This delightful cake is made with organic semolina flour stemming straight from the finest durum wheat, turkish pistachios and the iconic british rose. The semolina cake offers a grainier and lighter flour for those who prefer slight texture in their cakes. The perfect amount of tenderness and dryness. Perfect to accompany with a cup of tea or coffee. Garnished with blended pistachio, powdered sugar and rose tea leaves.
This cake can be kept at room temperature for 3 days or stored in the refrigerator for 7 days.
Best enjoyed chilled.
