Salted Dulce de Leche Cheesecake
This decadent and creamy cheesecake is one of the our most creative blend of flavors and colors yet! Our Salted Dulce de Leche Cheesecake is the next level of cheesecake heaven (we promise)! It is also eggless.
The bottom most layer is a crunchy, buttery chocolate cookie base with a hint of sea salt. Second, we have the soft and creamy cheesecake layer with tiny 'sweet surprises' of dulce de leche lava bubbles. The top most cheesecake layer is combined with our rich dulce de leche bringing a lovely hue of caramel to the lovely cake. Devilishly delicious!
And what about the decor? The top layer is a dark chocolate ganache that we have swirled with our amber dulce de leche. We've sprinkled a tiny bit of sea salt, gold leaf and our chocolate digestive cookie crumbs for the irresistibly charming finish.
