Saffron is one of the hardest, most expensive commodities to obtain. With an illustrious history of over 3000 years, this crimson coloured spice was the choice of royalty such as empresses and Egyptian pharaohs. This cake is a creamy, three milk cake infused with these intensely harvested strands of saffron. Using our ultimate secret recipe, this cake is truly like no other. A sweet, aromatic cake that makes no apologies for how many slices you may consume.

Tres leches cakes are exclusively sold by four or eight slices (small and large). These cakes are best consumed within 3 days and can be kept for 5 days in the refrigerator.
The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic, free range eggs. Our flours are organic, unbleached and wholesome. All cakes are freshly made by hand to minimise wastage. The Saffron Café does not deliver outside metropolitan Bangkok.
