This divine tres leches is sure to delight all Mayongchid enthusiasts!
A soft sponge is infused with our blend of Mayongchid milk and topped with a house made Mayongchid coulis. We've topped the cake with chantilly cream and fresh Mayongchid fruits. Voila! The ultimate summer dessert.
Mayongchid Tres Leches is available seasonally.
Tres leches cakes are exclusively sold by four or eight slices (small and large). These cakes are best consumed within 3 days and can be kept for 5 days in the refrigerator.
The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic, free range eggs. Our flours are organic, unbleached and wholesome. All cakes are freshly made by hand to minimise wastage. The Saffron Café does not deliver outside metropolitan Bangkok.
