Mayongchid Tres Leches
This tres leches flavor highlights one of Thailand's most popular summer fruits. We've created a unique dessert that is refreshing, sweet, tangy and sour - unique to Mayongchid's own flavor!
A soft sponge is infused with our blend of Mayongchid 'three' milks. We've topped the cake with a layer of our house made Mayongchid compote for an extra tangy flavor.
The frosting is our classic chantilly cream and we've topped the cake with fresh Mayongchid slices, daises and gold leaf.
Voila! The ultimate summer dessert!
Tres leches cakes are exclusively sold by four or eight slices (small and large). These cakes are best consumed within 3 days and can be kept for 5 days in the refrigerator.
The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic, free range eggs. Our flours are organic, unbleached and wholesome. All cakes are freshly made by hand to minimise wastage. The Saffron Café does not deliver outside metropolitan Bangkok.
