Gingerbread and Biscoff Christmas Cake
Introducing our cutest cake yet! This darling cake features a delicious mix of delightful Christmas-y flavours. Each of these three layers are made out of the softest, and most HEAVENLY brown and buttery vanilla caramel sponge cake. This brings us to our carefully concocted French buttercream speculoos frosting. For those who don’t know speculoos, it’s a divine cookie butter spread made by the gods. Our favourite Lotus biscoff spread is blended into this buttercream. On our most bottom layer you will find a fantastic surprise. A SLATHER of super CRUNCHY biscoff spread (that doesn’t lose its crunch!) laid right in the middle of our cream. The cinnamon and toffee taste goes impeccably well with each other. It definitely is one of a kind.
Now for decor! A humble pasture of gingerbread trees and homes sit atop this irresistible confection. All the best Christmas spices are involved in this darling dessert. We’ve topped it with pearls, star anise, cinnamon, and sweet-smelling rosemary trees.
