This beautiful brown-butter cake has notes of mouthwatering wildflower honey straight from Germany. This three-layer, three-pound cake is slathered in vanilla-bean and cream cheese frosting. A spread of light and fluffy chantilly cream rests on the second layer of our brown-butter cake. The cake is garnished with colourful edible flowers*, sweet smelling thyme and a generous amount of incredibly juicy blueberries.
