Meet our most recent creation (the one that countless customers have requested). After multiple tests and failures, we have created the ultimate Banoffee Cake.

The cake is a beautiful banana sponge cake that is sliced just right - not to much and not too thin. 

On to the delicious fillings inside this cake that make it the lovely 'banoffee.' The inner cream is a chantilly salted caramel layered with fresh sliced bananas, dark chocolate shavings, salted caramel drizzle and crushed biscuit crumbles. 

Did we mention the meringue caramel buttercream that covers the entire cream? Sooo divine. Every bite of this cake is full of flavor and of course, bananas!

Last (but definitely not least) the decor of this majestic cake - salted caramel swirls, crushed biscuits and gold leaf.
