Our latest addition to the Tres Leches family…

The white malt and macadamia tres leches cake is a sponges, soft, and decadent creation for those who LOVE all things malt-y. Here we have a fantastic sponge cake combined with toasted macadamia nuts and soaked in three-milks! We’ve infused fragrant malt into the cake and let it rest overnight to truly attain a deeper flavour. On top of each slice lies a beautiful spread of fresh and airy malted chantily cream. Our gorgeous drizzle has notes of both dulce de leche and white chocolate! We’ve also topped the cake with gently roasted macadamias and gold leaf for that extra razzmatazz! Definitely a crowd pleaser… 

Refridgerate and consume within 3-4 days.
