This delightful, sweet pink Strawberry Mousse Lemon Cake is one of our most delightful cakes yet.

Fluffy vanilla sponge layers have been soaked in lemon and infused with vanilla bean. We've created a fresh and creamy strawberry mousse filling which perfectly blends with the vanilla bean cream cheese lemon frosting. Each layer is also sprinkled with our buttery, house-made biscuit crumbles. These gorgeous flavors create an amazingly, refreshing combination.

The exquisite cake decoration is definitely not to be to be missed as well. Pretty roses are adorned with fresh strawberries, daisies and biscuit crumbles. The cake edges have been painted with beautiful plum toned metallic shimmer powder.
