The crust of this GORGEOUS cheesecake contains an unbelievably crumbly and buttery biscoff layer. Our cheesecake mixture blends delicious speculoos with the premium quality fluffy cream cheese! Chunks of the lotus biscuit are gently combined into the cheesecake for an extra crunchy texture. The cake is topped with a beautiful cookie butter glaze, chantilly cream rossettes, crushed biscoff crumbs and biscuits. A definite must try! This cake lasts about five days in the fridge and gets maltier by the day!
