A staple for banana lovers. This particular tres leches cake combines fresh fair trade bananas, organic ingredients and hand-shaven coconuts for a truly one-off taste. One can expect a melt-in-your mouth experience with milk cakes along with a smooth finishing. The banana tres leches is topped with finely blended almonds and fresh cream.

Tres leches cakes are exclusively sold by four or eight slices (small and large). These cakes are best consumed within 3 days and can be kept for 5 days in the refrigerator. 

The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic, free range eggs. Our flours are organic, unbleached and wholesome. All cakes are freshly made by hand to minimise wastage. The Saffron Café does not deliver outside metropolitan Bangkok.
