Apple Crumble Custard Cake
One of our most EPIC cakes to date - this APPLE CUSTARD CRUMBLE CAKE is sure to delight your senses.
First the buerre noisette or brown butter cake sponge. A nutty, delicious aroma that will melt your taste buds. The three brown butter cake layers are filled with a vanilla custard buttercream, buttery biscuit crumbs and our house made cinnamon apple filling.

What about the decor? We have piped rosettes and stars and sprinkled the cake with cinnamon and decorated with cinnamon sticks and star anise.
