Cloudy Coconut Layered Gâteau
This fetching cake has three layers of deliciousness separated by coconut cream and hand-whipped frosting. Our coconut cloud cake is soft and a lighter version of a tres leches cake. Decadent coconut milk is combined with fresh cream to create a mouthwatering slice. Incredibly easy on the eyes. Desiccated coconut surrounds the exterior with a lovely spiral swirl atop. Overall an extremely fragrant cake perfect for the tropics and incredible heat in Metropolitan Bangkok.
The coconut layered cake must be refrigerated and can last 4 days. We recommend consumption within 2-3 days for maximum freshness.
The Saffron Café exclusively utilises organic, free range eggs. Our flours are organic, unbleached and wholesome. All cakes are freshly made by hand to minimise wastage. The Saffron Café does not deliver outside metropolitan Bangkok.
